You will bring your latest knowledge in software technologies and processes to make this transition a success. We require our IT experts to learn more about application fields. You will analyze and optimize existing business and technical processes using innovative solutions. You will work independently, using a great deal of initiative, in a friendly research environment.

Skill Sets An MSc or PhD in CS or EE with a software background is desired. Advanced CS is looking to hire candidates directly from the university, or with up to 2 years of professional experience. You should be proficient in: Microsoft tools (Visual Studio), Borland tools (C++ Builder, Delphi), Microsoft technologies (COM, ATL, .net) or Java technologies and have experience with component-based software development and testing. A strong background in software engineering, project experience and the willingness to learn and approach new challenges will ease your integration in our highly skilled and motivated team. Good oral and written communication skills in English are necessary.

Career Path You will go into CR and immediately work on prototypes – pilot programs of customer applications. By working for more than one Business Area (BA), you will get a broad understanding on how to solve customer problems with our platform and newest software technology.
